We’re looking for an entry-level Repair Technician who is eager to learn, work with their hands, and grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

  

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Aerospace Repair Technician to join our maintenance team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals beginning a career in aerospace maintenance and repair. The technician will assist in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft components in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures.


Requirements

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inspection, repair,  and overhaul of aircraft components and assemblies
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs  under supervision
  • Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and correctly
  • Document work performed in maintenance records and repair logs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Support senior technicians and supervisors as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or technical training
  • Ability to read technical documents and follow procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 45lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Enrollment in or completion of an A&P or aerospace technical program
  • Prior hands-on experience (internship, school lab, military, or automotive/mechanical work)
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations or aerospace quality systems
