Roof Technician

Afrin Property Solutions LLC, our sister concern of Synergy Preserve LLC, brings a wide range of experience in renovation and maintenance services. We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.

On behalf of Afrin Property Solutions LLC, we are currently seeking dynamic technicians in the Miami, FL area who can represent our company to clients and customers while delivering high-quality service in the field.

• Established subcontractor technician with experience in commercial and residential roofing systems (single-ply, TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, tile, slate, shingles, etc.).
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed- Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Crews equipped with their own tools, ladders, and safety equipment
• Subcontractors should carry insurance in accordance with Baker requirements
• Ability to read plans and shop drawings
• Crews experienced working with man lifts, Skytrack, and scaffolding
• Commitment to safe work practices and OSHA standards
• Ability to submit weekly invoices for work completed the prior week
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals - Welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
