As the Shift Lead for Mission Readiness & Fleet Response, you are the "on-the-floor" leader responsible for the flawless execution of daily fleet operations. Reporting to the Team Lead, you ensure that every vehicle on your shift is technically prepared for its mission and serve as the critical bridge between the depot and the road.

You are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing the structured technical workflows of the workshop with the dynamic needs of live fleet support.
