Unit Description
Nu Stadium is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination in South Florida, opening in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. Delaware North will lead stadium concessions and premium food and beverage services, delivering innovative culinary experiences that celebrate Miami’s vibrant culture while elevating classic stadium favorites. The venue will host world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment year-round.Â
Responsibilities
- Enter and process all suite food and beverage orders, verify accuracy, and ensure all ordering channels are captured in the system
- Prepare daily suites reports, sales and financial data, game day notes, and post‑event reports and processing
- Work directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish service levels and support menu planning
- Coordinate the setup of luxury suites and pantries for game day service
- Serve as a game day supervisor, support catered events, assist with team member scheduling and check-in, and help train game day team membersÂ
- Maintain department filing systems, compose and process correspondence, answer the suite's phone line, and support printing of signs and menus
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures and operation of standard office equipment
- Prior food and beverage service experience is required
- Prior supervisory and guest relations experience is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic math skillsÂ
- Must be at least 18 years old
