How You'll Contribute

Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Tax Staff to join our growing Transfer Pricing practice. As a Tax Staff professional in our Transfer Pricing practice, you’ll support economic analyses and report writing for transactions between related companies. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys financial analysis, research, and solving complex business problems

  • Assist with transfer pricing studies, benchmarking analyses, and documentation
  • Analyze financial data and intercompany transactions
  • Conduct company, industry, and market research
  • Prepare financial models, workpapers, and client deliverables
  • Support transfer pricing compliance, planning, and audit engagements
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate project updates

What Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Interest in transfer pricing, international tax, and global business

How You’ll Stand Out

  • Relevant internship or coursework in tax, economics, finance, or consulting
  • Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, or research databases
  • CPA eligibility or interest in pursuing the CPA designation
  • Initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to client service
