About the Role

KASIM is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Key Account Manager to develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, and strategic partners. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving account profitability, executing commercial strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, including supermarkets, retail chains, distributors, and strategic customers.
• Develop and execute commercial plans aligned with company sales and profitability objectives.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, commercial agreements, and product placements with customers.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, inventory rotation, and account growth opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and commercial initiatives with internal teams.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve account performance.
• Prepare business reviews, sales reports, and presentations for leadership and clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen long-term partnerships with key customers while ensuring excellent service and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in key account management, commercial sales, or retail account management.
• Experience managing accounts such as supermarkets, pharmacies, retail chains, or distributors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing sales data; Power BI knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency preferred.

• Availability to travel as required.
