McKenzie Craft is a 25,000 sq ft custom fabrication shop in Miami producing high-end architectural millwork and custom furniture for hospitality, retail, and luxury residential clients. We are hiring an Assistant Carpenter ready to grow under experienced craftsmen and contribute to work that ends up in some of the most recognized spaces in the country.



What you will do

• Support fabrication and assembly of custom cabinetry, furniture, and trim

• Cut, sand, laminate, and prep materials including wood, metal, and acrylic

• Help installation teams stage materials, tools, and job site protection

• Maintain a clean, organized shop and properly cared-for tools

• Read work orders and shop drawings under supervisor guidance



What you bring

• 1 to 2 years in carpentry, construction, or millwork preferred

• Foundational woodworking and measurement skills

• Valid driver's license, willingness to learn, ability to pass a drug test

• High school diploma or equivalent



Hourly, non-exempt. Reports to the Production Foreman.
