Pizza Chef/Line Cook

We are seeking a passionate, skilled Pizza Chef / Prep Cook to join our team. This role is central to our kitchen operations, responsible for preparing and cooking all pizza and other assigned menu items with speed, precision, and consistency. The ideal candidate loves working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all pizza and assigned menu items according to recipes, production sheets, and chef’s specifications.

• Perform all prep work: cleaning, cutting, and portioning ingredients; making dough, sauce, and toppings as well as salads and needed preparations in the kitchen.

• Operate pizza ovens, stoves, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations, ensuring food safety and compliance with health regulations.

• Assist with stocking and setting up stations before service; clean and store equipment at the end of shifts.

• Work closely with servers to ensure orders are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.

• Follow du jour specials and adjust preparation methods as needed.

• Participate in kitchen workflow, helping colleagues when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knife skills, pizza-making techniques, and knowledge of cooking methods.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of food safety standards preferred.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving heavy equipment.
