Love staying organized and helping people? We're looking for a Travel Reservations Coordinator to help manage bookings, keep reservation details accurate, and make sure clients have a smooth experience from booking to departure.
You'll coordinate reservations, communicate with clients, update itineraries, and keep track of important travel details. Training is provided, so previous travel experience isn't required.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate bookings for hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
- Update reservations and organize itinerary details.
- Communicate with clients to confirm preferences and booking information.
- Track confirmations, documents, and important deadlines.
- Review reservations for accuracy and completeness.
- Keep digital records organized and up to date.
- Help resolve questions and keep the booking process moving.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized with great attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Comfortable learning new technology and online systems.
- Reservations, hospitality, administrative, or scheduling experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within Latin America.
