The OpportunityĀ Ā
Has complete knowledge of food and beverage products and specifications,Ā Clears and resets tables as quickly as possible.Ā
Greets guests warmly with a smile, making eye contact. Checks for table setting completeness.Ā Ā Ā Ā
Describes Breakfast, lunch and dinner features asĀ needed, including menu changes and daily specials.Ā
Oversees table maintenance, coordinates service at the table with runners. Works with coworkers inĀ clearing and re-setting tables.Ā
Operates as a member of a team, helping others and requesting help asĀ needed.Ā Performs other restaurant duties as requested by management.Ā
KeepĀ all stations supplied with silverware, glassware, share plates, bread plates, placemats, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.Ā
Makes sure that the guestās check is completed properly and presented promptly according toĀ stdāĀ Ensures that change or charge slip is returned to the guest inĀ a timely manner.Ā
Communicates theĀ needs of the guests to kitchenĀ and management. Informs management ofĀ guestsā reactions and comments. Assists management asĀ needed to ensure smooth operationĀ and quality service.Ā
Controls the amount of alcohol served, so that guests doĀ not become intoxicated.Ā
Helps promote a safe and cleanĀ environment for co-workers and guests.Ā

Preferred Qualifications and SkillsćĀ
Must be able to work all shifts including, weekends, and holidays.Ā
Minimum two yearsĀ fine diningĀ experience.āÆĀ
Requires oral proficiency inĀ the English LanguageĀ
