Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Outdoor Maintenance Worker to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our outdoor grounds. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping the property well-maintained and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

• Must have a valid driver’s license – candidate will be required to operate a golf cart as part of daily duties
• Empty trash receptacles regularly and ensure proper disposal of waste
• Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas, including walkways, grounds, and common spaces
• Patrol ("police") the grounds to ensure a safe and orderly environment
• Monitor for and report any safety hazards, damages, or suspicious activity
• Maintain parking areas by keeping them clean, organized, and free of debris
• Assist with general upkeep tasks as needed to ensure a clean and presentable property

Waste Management:

* Empty all waste containers; replace liners and damp wipe containers.

* Remove waste materials to designated disposal areas.

Additional Responsibilities

* Follow recycling and sustainability programs as required.

* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.

* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment within budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good physical condition; ability to walk, stand, lift, and perform manual tasks
