Suite Attendant, Nu Stadium

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Delaware North will lead stadium concessions and premium food and beverage services, delivering innovative culinary experiences that celebrate Miami’s vibrant culture while elevating classic stadium favorites. The venue will host world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment year-round. 

• Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
• Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
• Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
• Previous experience as suite runner preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
• Exposure to variable temperatures 
• May be required to work in narrow spaces
