Kingship Transportations is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our company in the field, responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the transportation sector. You will actively seek out potential customers, understand their transportation needs, and provide tailored service solutions that underscore the quality and reliability Kingship Transportations is known for. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the transportation industry. The ideal candidate is self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to present Kingship Transportations’ service offerings tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and report on sales activities and results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and overall market conditions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in outside or field sales, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and comfortable with traveling frequently to client locations.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Good understanding of transportation services and client needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
