About the Role:

Join Floor Coverings International of South Miami-Dade County as a Tile Installer, where you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces with beautiful tile installations. We are looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Measure and cut tile to fit specific areas, ensuring precise installations.
Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning and leveling.
Mix and apply mortar and grout according to specifications.
Install various types of tile, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone.
Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Assist in project planning and timeline management to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a tile installer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Knowledge of tile types, installation techniques, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
Certification or training in tile installation is a plus.
