Light Equipment Operator – Middletown, OH
We are seeking an experienced Light Equipment Operator to join our team in Middletown, OH. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, loading, and processing of materials while operating light equipment. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Operate forklifts, bobcats, and skid steers safely and efficiently
- Load, move, sort, and process materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform environmental and safety inspections as required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical labor including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- At least 1 year of forklift, bobcat, skid steer, or related equipment experience preferred
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift, Weekends as Needed
