Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute hospital setting- Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary health care teams, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verifications- Work directly with nursing, physicians and peers to provide acute care services- other duties as assigned

 Job Qualifications- Graduated from an accredited school of Pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD- Active State of Ohio licensed Pharmacist- Excellent written and communication skills
