At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual’s needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN, you’ll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork—making Community First Solutions a place where both residents and staff thrive.

Pay:

• Starting at 29.00 and hour for LPN, pay is based on date of license.
• Starting at 33.00 and hour for RN, pay is based on date of license.
• $1000.00 sign on bonus for FT PM nurses

Schedules - PRN & Full Time available

• Day 6:00am - 6:00pm
• Night 6:00pm - 6:00am
