Build high-performance interconnect solutions with Teledyne Reynolds! What you’ll do
- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and harness assemblies (including swaging, crimping, wire stripping, soldering, connector installation, potting, and bonding)
- Prepare wires and connectors through abrading, etching, priming, and pre-coating
- Set temperature controls for curing programs on autoclaves and ovens
- Handle chemicals and mix materials for bonding and potting operations
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 0–2 years of related experience (required)
- Ability to read work orders, schematics, and wiring diagrams (required)
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components using a microscope (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (required)
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required)
- Experience in potting and bonding (advantage)
- Familiarity with wire strippers and crimpers (advantage)
