Job Description

  

Build high-performance interconnect solutions with Teledyne Reynolds! For over 60 years, we’ve delivered the highest quality high-voltage connectors for demanding applications in defense, aerospace, medical, energy, and space industries. What you’ll do

  • Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and harness assemblies (including swaging, crimping, wire stripping, soldering, connector installation, potting, and bonding)
  • Prepare wires and connectors through abrading, etching, priming, and pre-coating
  • Set temperature controls for curing programs on autoclaves and ovens
  • Handle chemicals and mix materials for bonding and potting operations

What you need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 0–2 years of related experience (required)
  • Ability to read work orders, schematics, and wiring diagrams (required)
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components using a microscope (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (required)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required)
  • Experience in potting and bonding (advantage)
  • Familiarity with wire strippers and crimpers (advantage)
