Patient Population: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Key Responsibilities

Lead nursing operations, staffing, and team performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current RN license
CPR/BLS certification
Nursing leadership/supervisory experience
Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
