Patient Population: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead nursing operations, staffing, and team performance.

  • Ensure quality resident care and effective care planning.

  • Maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness.

  • Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

  • Oversee clinical documentation, EMR, and nursing standards.

  • Mentor nursing staff and foster a strong team culture.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

  • Current RN license

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • Nursing leadership/supervisory experience

  • Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
