Project Scheduler – Data Center Construction (Phase Two)

Location: Michigan City, IN
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Per Diem + Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Scheduler to join a major greenfield data center construction project entering Phase Two. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile mission-critical project, working alongside project leadership to ensure successful planning, coordination, and execution.

The successful candidate will have previous experience scheduling large-scale construction projects, ideally within the data center, mission-critical, industrial, or heavy commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update the master project schedule throughout Phase Two of construction
  • Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities for recovery
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure schedule alignment
  • Produce weekly and monthly schedule updates, reports, and look-ahead programmes
  • Analyze project performance against baseline schedules and provide recommendations for corrective action
  • Coordinate schedule impacts related to procurement, engineering, commissioning, and turnover activities
  • Support project planning meetings and communicate critical path activities to the wider project team
  • Ensure schedule accuracy while maintaining clear documentation of changes and revisions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Scheduler on large-scale construction projects
  • Previous data center or mission-critical construction experience is highly preferred
  • Experience working on greenfield developments is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling methodologies
  • Advanced experience using Primavera P6 is essential (Microsoft Project experience is also beneficial)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced construction environment
