Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in acute care hospital environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, evidence-based treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Adhere to all U.S. healthcare standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Adapt to diverse clinical settings, shifts, and patient populations with professionalism and resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (preferred).
- Minimum 12 months of recent clinical experience in acute care hospital settings (80+ bed capacity preferred).
- Experience in one or more of the following specialties: ICU, Medical-Surgical, HDU, Emergency Room (ER), Operating Room (OR).
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the home country (South Africa, Sri Lanka, Kenya,etc.).
- English proficiency demonstrated through IELTS or OET (preferred).
- NCLEX eligibility or completion (candidates preparing for or yet to take NCLEX are welcome to apply).
- Continuous clinical work history with no significant employment gaps.
- Willingness to relocate permanently and commit to long-term employment in the United States.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts and diverse clinical environments.
