We have openings for customer service representatives who thrive in collaborative team settings and excel in a small office environment. Candidates should be comfortable managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, possess strong computer skills, and have experience in clerical or office tasks. (Minimum 1 year of experience required). This is a Part-Time position with the opportunity for Full-Time.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
