JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our office and workshop are located in Middleburg Heights, and you'll primarily work as part of a crew on installation projects throughout Northeast Ohio.

Everything we do is centered on providing aĀ worldĀ classĀ homeowner experience through the process of installingĀ RbA’sĀ windows and doorsĀ 

Primary Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Able to locate, identify, and load all necessary job site materials from material sheetĀ Ā 

  • Perform proper opening preparation for all types of installations, including inserts and Full Frame with BrickmoldĀ 

  • Performs basic aluminum bending (L flange, drip caps, flat rectangles/coil wrap)Ā 

  • Ability to understand and install proper flashing based on install method, including drip caps, L flange, and new construction.Ā Ā 

  • Ability to make straight cuts to accurate dimensions within 1/32ā€Ā 

  • Ability to safely extract old windows and doors without damaging propertyĀ 

  • Ability to install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and Flat trimĀ 

  • Ability to extract old windows and doors safely and without damaging propertyĀ 

  • Knowledge of service parts, procedures, and product operationsĀ 

  • Audit all truck stock, tools, products without supervisionĀ 

  • Address installation concerns with FieldĀ TechsĀ orĀ InstallationĀ ManagerĀ 

  • Maintains company vehicle in accordance with FleetĀ PolicyĀ 

  • Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctualityĀ 

  • Assist in delivering homeowner delightĀ 

  • Other duties as assignedĀ 

  • General warehouse supportĀ Ā 

  • Provide technical measure functions when neededĀ 

  • Provide service support as neededĀ 

  • ProvidesĀ directionsĀ to InstallerĀ LevelĀ IĀ 

Qualifications:Ā 

  • High School DiplomaĀ or equivalent experienceĀ 

  • Window and Door installation experienceĀ Ā 

  • Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardwareĀ 

  • GeneralĀ understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environmentsĀ 

  • Safety knowledge of all equipmentĀ Ā 

  • ProperĀ usageĀ and understanding of PPEĀ 

  • Valid Driver’s LicenseĀ with ability to pass a fleet checkĀ 

Skills and Competencies:Ā 

  • Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctualityĀ 

  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills; strong listening and empathyĀ skillsĀ 

  • Basic math skills, reading, and legible writingĀ 

  • Proficient and safe with power tools, miter box, hand and air tools, and ladder safetyĀ Ā 

  • Flexibility;Ā willingness to work variable work schedulesĀ 

  • Ability to provide corrective action feedback relating to safety on the job siteĀ 

  • Ability to lift up toĀ 83Ā poundsĀ Ā 

  • Consistently provides flawless first-time window and door installationĀ 

  • CORO Safety and Compliance required trainingĀ 

  • FirstĀ Aid/CPR – Every 2 yearsĀ 

  • OSHA 10-hr Construction Safety – Every 2 yearsĀ 

  • Ad hoc trainings as assignedĀ 

PAY RANGE:

$27.76 - $41.64

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
