ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced IFS Regional Operations Manager to oversee integrated facilities management operations across assigned client accounts and/or regions. This leadership role is responsible for managing facility operations, staff, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery and contract compliance.

 

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, facilities/maintenance expertise, and business acumen to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead daily facilities operations, repair, and maintenance activities across assigned accounts.
  • Manage budgets, operating costs, financial reporting, and subcontractor/vendor performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding facilities operations and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with client contracts, service standards, and safety requirements.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response, preventative maintenance, and operational plans.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and manage maintenance and operations staff.
  • Conduct inspections and quality reviews of facilities and maintenance work.
  • Negotiate change orders, additional work, and subcontractor agreements as needed.
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities within client accounts.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent facilities/operations management experience considered.
  • 5+ years of facilities, operations, or maintenance management experience.
  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience required.
  • Strong budgeting, financial, and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial building operations and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
