Job DetailsJob Location: Spine Middleburg - Midd, FL 32068Position Type: Full Time  Medical Assistant – Middleburg Office Coastal Health is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team at our Middleburg, Florida office. Position Overview The Medical Assistant will support our clinical team by providing quality patient care while assisting with both clinical and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, patient-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Greet and room patients in a friendly and professional manner Obtain and document patient vital signs and medical histories Assist providers with examinations and procedures Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and organization Administer medications and injections as directed and within scope of practice Perform point-of-care testing and other clinical tasks as assigned Assist with patient referrals, orders, and follow-up Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record Answer phones and assist patients with questions when needed Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all HIPAA requirements Support the clinical team with additional duties as needed Qualifications Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred Medical Assistant certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and work well as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach Reliable, punctual, and dependable Location Coastal Health – Middleburg Office Middleburg, Florida If you are a motivated Medical Assistant looking to join a growing healthcare team and make a difference in the lives of our patients, we would love to hear from you.
