Essential Job Functions:
- Provide professional and high-quality massage services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace.
- Restock treatment rooms with fresh linens and supplies.
- Adapt to changes in daily schedules as needed.
- Promote retail sales and encourage massage upgrades.
- Perform up to 5 massages in a row.
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia massage therapist license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a resort or spa setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
