Auto Parts Specialist (Parts Counter Sales) – Full-Time

Location: Middlebury, VT
Pay: $17.00-$19.00
Schedule: Full-time | Monday- Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday 7:30am to 1:00pm (+/- 40hrs per week)

What You’ll Do

Help retail & commercial customers at the counter and over the phone
Recommend the right auto parts the first time
Use computer systems and catalogs to look up parts
Process sales and handle cash/card transactions
Support special orders, inventory tracking
Act as a back up delivery driver when needed
Work closely with your team to solve customer needs
Keep the store organized, stocked, and customer-ready
Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety huddles

What We’re Looking For

Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and basic systems
Team player with a positive, high-energy attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
18+ with High School Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving history

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout your shift
Work indoors and outdoors as needed
