This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values teamwork, teaching, and advocacy in a person-centered environment.

  • Medication Management: Oversee safe medication systems, train and delegate to certified staff, and ensure compliance with nursing and TCR standards.
  • Staff Training: Educate and assess staff competency in medication administration, specialized procedures, infection control, and wellness practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit health records and documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, healthcare providers, and families to promote continuity of care.
  • Direct Care & Emergency Support: Provide nursing services, health assessments, and emergency      response when needed.

You’ll be a trusted clinical resource — providing leadership, consultation, and support to ensure safe, person-centered care across all settings.
