As a Rounds Chef, you’ll assist wherever needed in the kitchen, contributing to the preparation, cooking, and timely coordination of meals using standardized recipes and production methods that uphold EastView’s commitment to excellence. This role is perfect for a skilled, adaptable cook who thrives in a high-quality, high-volume kitchen. What You’ll Do: Prepare and plate menu items to EastView’s quality standards. Follow recipes and prep lists to ensure consistency. Operate industrial kitchen equipment safely. Maintain sanitation and food safety practices. Assist with inventory and receiving orders. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or similar setting. Culinary degree preferred but not necessary. Strong knife skills and ability to read/scale recipes. ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain). Team player with flexibility for rotating shifts. Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a hot kitchen environment. Why EastView?
