Are you ready to shape the future of fragrances and make your mark in a world-class organization? We're seeking an exceptional Senior Account Executive to join our Fragrance design team in state of the art Creative Center in Somerset, New Jersey.

 

As a key player on our sales team, you'll manage prestigious clients, working directly with industry leaders to create extraordinary fragrance experiences. Reporting to the President of North America, you'll be at the forefront of strategy, and business growth.

 

Your Role:

 

  • Orchestrate Success: Build and nurture winning relationships across all levels - from Fragrance Managers to R&D teams, Marketing experts, and Procurement professionals
  • Drive Strategic Vision: Lead market strategy across multiple categories in North America, turning insights into action and challenges into opportunities
  • Champion Innovation: Spearhead both proactive and reactive briefs, ensuring our fragrances stay ahead of market trends
  • Maximize Growth: Transform your passion for sales and industry expertise into tangible business wins

 

Your Expertise:

  • 5+ years of industry experience, backed by a university degree (Business, Chemistry, or Perfumery preferred)
  • Olfactory skills to be able to identify and differentiate fragrance types
  • Strong financial acumen including pricing, margins, and forecasting
  • Proven track record of driving customer-focused, results-driven sales initiatives
  • Sharp business acumen with the ability to spot trends and transform them into opportunities
  • Outstanding project management skills with a talent for juggling multiple priorities
  • Expert negotiation and communication abilities
  • Natural leadership qualities with a history of successful team coordination
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and presentation skills

Compensation Package
We are pleased to offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes:

  • $165K-$180K
  • 401(k) with employer matching
