For the Ardena Business Unit based in Somerset (US), we are looking for a Senior Technician (Bioanalytics)

Ardena provides integrated services spanning drug substance development, drug product formulation, GMP manufacturing, bioanalytical services, clinical logistics, fill and finish, and CMC regulatory support.

Job Overview

Position: Senior Technician

Department: Bioanalytics

Location: Somerset (US)

The Senior Technician performs all tasks focused on bioanalysis and validation studies. The Senior technician is able to independently execute their tasks and is involved in coordinating and coaching technicians. The Senior technician is described as a practical problem solver and has extensive knowledge of Ardena processes.

Key Responsibilities

All Tasks and Responsibilities of a Senior Technician

· Coordination of the execution of a bioanalysis or validation study

· Involved in training new employees

· Can be a System Manager of laboratory equipment

· Performs transfers/method development under supervision of an (Associate) Scientist

· Can be involved in the implementation of new equipment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required qualifications*:

Preferred qualifications:

· Medium or high professional level of laboratory related education (MBO/HBO)

1–3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (GLP/GxP preferred)

· Fluent in English (verbal and written); Dutch is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job/role.
