3rd Shift Extrusion Packer

Starting Wage: $17.50 an hour!!

Sunday-Thursday

11pm-7am

Paid vacation after 30 days!

Purpose and Scope:
The Extrusion Packer is responsible for the packing of extruded product.
Responsibilites:

• *Inspect completed product for function, quality and conformance to detail sheet and control plan speciation's.
• *Prepare product for shipping including assembling boxes, packing, and labeling product.
• *Operates producton machines, machine tools and equipment used to coil, flare, and punch parts per specificatons.
• *Work independently and in teams to ensure a quality product.
• *Cleaning the work area and producton equipment.
• *Follow ISO procedures

Organizaton and Relatonships:
The Extrusion Packer reports to their assigned Lead/Manager.
Required Skills You'll Use Every Day:

• *To qualify for the Extrusion Packer positon, the candidate is required to have:
• *Demonstrated skills for the positon
• *Proven basic math skills.
• *Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• *Training Requirements

The Extrusion Packer is required to complete training exercises in, or demonstrate a working knowledge of:

• On-the-job training in the Extrusion Department.
• Must maintain fully satsfactory producton performance levels.
•  • ISO procedures, Work Instructons and Quality Policy.
