Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: OH Middlefield - Middlefield, OH 44062Salary Range: $24.10Job Category: Manufacturing Primary responsibilities of this position are to break down molds, prepare for repair.    Conduct the necessary repair and rebuild molds.    Once molds are placed back together, administer necessary tests to assure they are production ready.  Qualifications Qualifications and Experience  Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.  Experience with mold maintenance and machine shop equipment a plus  Knowledge of Husky manifold systems a plus  Familiarity with stack molds a plus  The ability to multitask and prioritize with limited supervision.  Troubleshoot issues and repair, in and out of press.  Knowledge and understanding of mold and die components and their respective characteristics.  Must be able to disassemble and reassemble tools and dies.  Repair/rebuild mold components like hydraulic cylinders and air cylinders.  Conduct air testing and water testing on tools.  Self-motivated, detail oriented, and mechanically inclined.  Must be able to take direction and work as part of a team.  Own necessary tools to perform work.  Basic computer skills  Train fellow employees or new employees  Ability to properly use machine shop measuring devices.  Ability to lift and move 30 pounds on a regular basis.  Forklift Certified and able to operate overhead cranes safely.  Prepare molds for shipping.  Good attendance a must  Must be able to work overtime when needed on short notice.
