The Client Service Specialist at Prizm Insurance & Risk Services is responsible for supporting the sales and service teams in their evaluation of prospect and clients’ commercial insurance needs and assist with account servicing and administration. Â

Responsibilities
- Assist and prepare relevant documentation for new business and renewal submissions. Â
- Prepare proof of insurance and auto identification cards. Â
- Assist with retrieving and evaluating Motor Vehicle Records (MVR). Â
- Request changes from carriers, update Agency Management System (Applied Epic) and create follow-up activities. Â
- Process account changes by verifying coverages, invoices, and updating Applied Epic. Â
- Manage claim activity and follow-up.Â
- Investigate and correct omitted items and commission variances from endorsements and policies.Â
- Assist with commission reconciliations.Â
- Interact with agency personnel, prospects, clients, and insurance partners. Â
- Develop and maintain positive work relationships with team members. Â
- Support service team managing activities and workflow. Â
- Complete special projects and other duties as requested. Â
- Manage small business accounts. Â

- Experience with computer data entry required; working familiarity with Applied Epic, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, preferred. Â
- Ability to learn and use carrier portals, websites, and other software programs. Â

Qualifications:Â
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Â
- Wisconsin agent’s license required, or the ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire. Â
- 0-2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer role, preferably in insurance industry. Â
