Work Schedule: 
100% FTE, day shift working Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid position with two days per week at the Administrative Office Building in Middleton, WI and occasionally traveling to other locations for meetings and/or on-site support.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

  • Coordinate projects and initiatives supported by the department, including preparation of reports, researching triaging requests and referrals, updating workflows and policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools
  • Provide administrative support for the following initiatives, supported by Care Continuum Teams:
  • Patient support funds
  • Advance care planning
  • Social determinants of health
  • Other projects/programs as needed
  • Aide in the organization and review of incoming requests/referrals and provide timely feedback to ensure departmental staff are able to respond to the needs of patients and families

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred

 

Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
