Role OverviewĀ 

As a Residential Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of multiple residential properties across the North Shore, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistent operational excellence and a unified resident experience across all locations. This position requires a strong focus on hospitality, a resident‑first mindset, and a proven ability to build andĀ maintainĀ positive relationships within diverse communities. You willĀ be responsible forĀ fostering a culture of connection and belongingĀ atĀ each property, ensuring that all residents enjoy a welcoming and comfortable living environment. Success in this role requires the ability to balance and prioritize the needs of property owners and residents across several sites, ensuring well‑managed, harmonious communities while maximizing the financial performance and operational efficiency of the entire multi‑property portfolio.Ā 

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Financial Management:Ā 
  • AssistĀ in the development of budgets and financial plans for the property.Ā 
  • Monitor and manage expenses, making recommendations for cost-effective solutions.Ā 
  • Resident Engagement and Relationship Building:Ā 
  • Foster positive relationships with residents through effective communication and engagement initiatives.Ā 
  • Organize and execute resident events and activities to promote a sense of community.Ā 
  • Address resident concerns and inquiries promptly,Ā demonstratingĀ a commitment to resident satisfaction.Ā 
  • Community Development:Ā 
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall living experience for residents.Ā 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to attract andĀ retainĀ residents through innovative and appealing communityĀ offerings.Ā 
  • Encourage a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents.Ā 
  • Hospitality and Customer Service:Ā 
  • Maintain a resident-first mindset,Ā ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.Ā 
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, providing support and guidance to residents.Ā 
  • Regularly assess and improve service offerings to meet the evolving needs of residents.Ā 
  • Leasing and Occupancy Management:Ā 
  • Oversee the leasing process, fromĀ initialĀ inquiries to lease signing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for residents.Ā 
  • Monitor and manage occupancy rates, implementing strategies toĀ optimizeĀ apartment occupancy.Ā 
  • Property Maintenance:Ā 
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to address resident maintenance requestsĀ promptly.Ā 
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment.Ā

Qualifications & SkillsĀ 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Ā 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential property management.Ā 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.Ā 
  • Demonstrated experience in creating a sense of community within a residential setting.Ā 
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Ā 
  • Knowledge of fair housing regulations and property management best practices.Ā 
  • Hospitality or customer service background is highly desirable.Ā 
  • Strong understanding of property management operations and financial principles.Ā 
  • ProficiencyĀ in using Yardi and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.Ā
