The fulltime CMT Student Worship Director for the Central Ministry team provides support, leadership and alignment, in the area of student worship, across the 13+ local campuses of Southeast Christian Church.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the worship culture and serving the local teams across student teams at all campus locations. The Student Worship Director works with the Campus Student Worship Leaders and Student Leaders to serve their campus but is also expected to bring alignment on student worship across all of Southeast. The aim for this role is to support, resource and equip out part time student worship leaders at our campuses.Â

What You Will Be Doing:
- Build strong relationship with campus student worship leaders and their team.
- Encourage and coach local student worship leaders in both spiritual and practical growth.
- Organize worship set planning meetings for every series.Â
- Resource campus student worship leaders with Ableton tracks.Â
- Help develop and strengthen a unified worship culture across all campuses.
- Assist in planning, resourcing and implementing worship strategies and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of student worship leaders and volunteers.
- Foster healthy, growing communities of student worshippers across each campus.
- Stepping in and leading the local worship teams across the Southeast local campuses.

Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ministry experience that includes Bible study leadership
- Proven communications skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to multi-task projects, events and volunteer teams
- A team-player willing to collaborate
- One who exhibits an active daily walk with God and models godly living that inspires others
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.

- Lives out staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship, and giving.
