We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinician to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families. The Clinician will deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
  • Provide required home visits with agency vehicle access.
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing treatment planning.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with case management and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
  • Participate in case conferences, supervision, and team meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and agency policies.
  • Manage caseload and maintain appropriate scheduling of client sessions.
  • Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when necessary.
  • Engage in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination.

Requirements

You must have:

· Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

· Active state licensure or license-eligible (e.g., MSW-LP, MHC-LP, LMSW, LMHC, etc.).

· Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.


You should have:

· Experience providing therapeutic services.

· Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

· Bilingual in English & Spanish.
