Location: Middletown, NY
Pay Range: $17.50-$20.00 (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Per Diem, Must be able to work weekends.
Other locations include: New Windsor, Pine Bush, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, & Pleasant Valley.Â

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement.
- Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support.
- Ensure health, safety, and program compliance.
- Transport individuals to activities and appointments.
- Complete documentation using electronic systems.
- Passion for helping others and a team-first mindset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends/holidays.
- Valid driver’s license; bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL a plus.
- Experience in caregiving or customer service preferred.
- Paid training & certification (AMAP).
