Location: Middletown, NY

Pay Range: $17.50-$20.00 (Dependent on experience)

Hours: Per Diem, Must be able to work weekends.

Other locations include: New Windsor, Pine Bush, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, & Pleasant Valley.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement.
  • Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support.
  • Ensure health, safety, and program compliance.
  • Transport individuals to activities and appointments.
  • Complete documentation using electronic systems.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Passion for helping others and a team-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends/holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license; bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL a plus.
  • Experience in caregiving or customer service preferred.
