Location: Middletown, NY

Pay Range: $20.50 - $22.00

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:45AM-4:15PM (40hrs)  NO WEEKENDS!

Join our team to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement.
  • Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support.
  • Ensure health, safety, and program compliance.
  • Transport individuals to activities and appointments.
  • Complete documentation using electronic systems.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Passion for helping others and a team-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license; bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL a plus.
  • Experience in caregiving or human services preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals or
  • Associates in Human Services with one year experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals or
  • Bachelor's in any field with 6 months experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals
