Our model allows psychiatrists to focus on what they do best—psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management and clinical decision-making—while collaborating with other behavioral health professionals to address the broader needs of our patients.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management
- Monitor treatment response and adjust medications as appropriate
- Collaborate with therapists, social workers, nurses, peers and other members of the care team
- Provide consultation regarding complex behavioral health needs
- Establish meaningful longitudinal relationships with patients
- Participate in a collaborative, mission-driven clinical environment
