  • The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM, with a salary range of $35,000 to $45,000 annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Responsible for maintaining a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner by getting along with customers, clients, co-workers, supervisors, managers, and all other employees.Responsible for adhering to and maintaining all quality system procedures and requirements related to the position.
  • Must adhere to all safety rules and company policies.
  • Attendance/punctuality:  is consistently at work and on time.
  • Selects products at specified intervals and performs dimensional measurements utilizing micrometers, calipers, RAM, optical and profilometer as defined on QCP and monitor sheet.
  • Basic interpretation of QCP and engineering drawings, and interpretation of GD&T.
  • Record and evaluate inspection data to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
  • Complete non-conforming material report and place product on hold where necessary.
  • Inform appropriate personnel of all quality problems.
  • Signs off product on production floor.

Education and/or Experience:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ANSTAT software; GD&T; SPC and Variation; Ability to learn new software as needed.
