The three main purposes of the program are to maintain healthy recovery, secure employment, and become productive citizens.   Position Summary: This Residential Aide- will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved men as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
