Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Team by reviewing and organizing customer information to ensure it is complete, accurate, and useful for sales outreach and planning.
  • Assist in validating and updating customer details to help improve the quality of the data the sales organization relies on.
  • Help analyze sales-related information such as customer trends, license distribution, and Maintenance Plan activity.
  • Work collaboratively on projects aimed at improving internal reporting, dashboards, and visibility of our global user base.
  • Participate in cross‑functional initiatives with Sales, Support, Licensing, and Marketing to strengthen customer communication and data accuracy.
  • Provide input on improvements to internal sales tools, customer processes, and reporting materials.

Contribute to special assignments and projects as assigned by the Global Sales Manager
