Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales Team by reviewing and organizing customer information to ensure it is complete, accurate, and useful for sales outreach and planning.
Assist in validating and updating customer details to help improve the quality of the data the sales organization relies on.
Help analyze sales-related information such as customer trends, license distribution, and Maintenance Plan activity.
Work collaboratively on projects aimed at improving internal reporting, dashboards, and visibility of our global user base.
Participate in cross‑functional initiatives with Sales, Support, Licensing, and Marketing to strengthen customer communication and data accuracy.
Provide input on improvements to internal sales tools, customer processes, and reporting materials.

Contribute to special assignments and projects as assigned by the Global Sales Manager
