Do you enjoy building relationships, networking within your community, and helping families find solutions that make their lives easier?Jovie is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Manager to help grow our local childcare business through family enrollment sales, business development, referral partnerships, community outreach, and local networking.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping grow a locally owned business that supports families, caregivers, businesses, and community organizations throughout Orange County, Rockland County, and Northern New Jersey.
The ideal candidate is comfortable having conversations with prospective clients, building community relationships, attending networking events, and identifying new opportunities for growth. This position starts as a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the business expands.
What You'll Do
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Respond to inquiries from prospective families interested in Jovie's childcare services.
- Conduct discovery calls and family consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Guide prospective clients through the enrollment process.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospective clients.
- Help increase revenue by converting inquiries into active clients.
- Support both family (B2C) and business (B2B) sales opportunities.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, community organizations, schools, healthcare providers, HR professionals, and referral partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand Jovie's presence throughout the community.
- Build partnerships that support long-term business growth.
- Participate in local networking and community events.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the Jovie brand.
- Support local marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness of Jovie's services throughout our territory.
- Represent Jovie professionally at networking events, trade shows, and community activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure a seamless experience from enrollment through service delivery.
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Help strengthen referral relationships and encourage repeat business.

- $24.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
