We provide top-quality leadership and support to multiple dental practices in Delaware, and we are looking for an reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team and ensure the highest standards of infection control and instrument sterilization.

Key Responsibilities
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments.
- Operate Sterilization Equipment
- Restock Supplies and Maintain Inventories
- Sort and Test Equipment
- Clean and reset Operatories
- Seat Patients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a sterilization technician in a dental or medical setting preferred.
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptable and able to work in fast-paced environments.
- Certification in sterilization is a plus.
