We are excited to welcome a new group of trainees to our exceptional team for a 90-day program starting in April 2026.Â
Participate in our 12 week, in-house IT Trainee Program, designed to provide hands-on experience in:Â
- Our customer service approachÂ
- Active Directory user and group managementÂ
- Printer and peripheral installationsÂ
- New desktop setupsÂ
- Office 365 administrationÂ
- Basic server maintenance and administrationÂ
- Customer network auditsÂ
- First-level security incidents (phishing, SPAM, Dark Web alerts)Â
- Responding to client tickets via phone and emailÂ
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Support administrative and general office tasksÂ
- Assist with IT services and projects, including on-site deliveries and equipment drop-offsÂ
- Help maintain an organized office environment and support team efficiencyÂ
- Learn and navigate our ticketing system, a key part of our business operationsÂ
- Complete self-paced technical training modules and certificationsÂ
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the full 90-day programÂ
- Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree in Information Technology—or equivalent hands-on experienceÂ
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Security+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (MS-900, SC-900, AZ-900)Â
- Prior experience in a help desk or related IT environment (preferred)Â
- Strong motivation to learn and advance professionallyÂ
- Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Clear written and verbal communication abilitiesÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeÂ
- Must be 18 years of age or olderÂ
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
- Paid internshipÂ
- Paid training and certificationsÂ
- Weekly check-ins to track progress and provide mentorshipÂ
- Small class size (5–6 participants) for personalized supportÂ
- Opportunity for a full-time role as a Desktop Support Specialist upon successful completion of the programÂ
