Reconstruction Project Manager- Salary + Commission

Northeast Power Dry is a fast-growing restoration company helping homeowners recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential reconstruction projects from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone with strong project management, construction, and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects, subcontractors, and client relationships.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working directly with homeowners, insurance carriers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Manage residential reconstruction projects from initial approval through final completionÂ
- Build and review project estimates using Matterport and related estimating softwareÂ
- Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, materials, and production timelinesÂ
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the reconstruction process to ensure customer satisfactionÂ
- Work with insurance adjusters to review and approve project estimatesÂ
- Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and production standards are metÂ
- Manage project documentation, updates, and workflow within SalesforceÂ
- Collaborate with internal production, mitigation, and leadership teamsÂ
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining profitability goalsÂ
- Maintain company safety standards and operational procedures at all timesÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Project management experience in construction, restoration, reconstruction, or a related industryÂ
- Strong customer service and communication skillsÂ
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple active projectsÂ
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners and insurance carriersÂ
- Valid driver’s license requiredÂ
- Willingness to travel daily throughout assigned territory using company vehicleÂ
- Proficiency with technology, job management systems, and estimating softwareÂ
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Experience in residential restoration or reconstructionÂ
- Knowledge of insurance claims and restoration processesÂ
- Salesforce, Xactimate, Matterport, or related software experienceÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related fieldÂ
