Green-Way Irrigation is a family-owned irrigation and outdoor lighting company entering its 38th year in business.
We are looking to expand our team and have an opening for a service supervisor beginning in 2024.
Green-Way has built itself on high standards of customer satisfaction and we are looking for a trustworthy individual who can professionally communicate and diligently provide supervisory and maintenance services for our irrigation and outdoor lighting clients.
A qualified applicant must meet or exceed the following requirements:
Work experience in the irrigation field (minimum 5 years)
Valid / clean driver's license - subject to insurance approval
Ability to communicate clearly in English -- verbally and in writing
Physically capable of digging, lifting, bending and climbing on jobsites
Dependable and motivated
Strong organizational skills
Customer service skills ā personable for client interaction and experience
Electronically savvy ā use of tablet for scheduling and record keeping
Knowledge of electrical (wiring of components)
Knowledge of plumbing (connections and repair of piping)
Ability to work in a supervisory role in a productive, team environment
Ability to formulate estimates based on company processes
