Pay Rate: $3200 weekly Gross Pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shifts available:Â Days
Schedule: 40Â hours/week guaranteed, 4 X 10-hr, 4 shifts during M-F, 10, Weekends for on-call only. 10 on-call shifts per month
Position Requirements:
- 1-2 years of RN Cath Lab experience - Required
- Interventional Radiology experience - Highly Preferred
- 1+ Years of experience in Electrophysiology - Highly Preferred
- Must be willing to float to EP - RequiredÂ
- Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation -- Highly Preferred
- Knowledge & operation of intraaortic balloon pump - Highly Preferred
- Travel experience – Preferred
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- RN License for State of MI - Required
- BLS, ACLS Certifications from AHAÂ - Required
Job Description:
- This position cares for patients before, during and after angiography, interventional, angiographic cardiac catheterization procedures. This includes pre-procedure assessment, pre-medication, documentation of cath process, post-cath care, patient education. Float to EP as requiredÂ
- Helps to cover and provide nursing support to our IR procedures and pre/post procedure care.
- Scrubs in for procedures and assists other members of the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
- Performs nursing care of the catheterization/angiography patient.Â
- Operates equipment, i.e., cardiac output, hemodynamic, pacemakers/ICD’s, intraaortic balloon pump, etc. Transfers patients, stocks supplies and performs basic office procedures.Â
- Scrubs in for procedures with the physician (not required, but preferred)
- Records all pertinent information on appropriate data sheets.
- Help cover and provide nursing support to our IR procedures and pre/post procedure care.
